Full mental relaxation requires uninterrupted time. I speak from experience. Personally, I've considered my to-do list to be infinite for a number of years now. It's never going to all get done. Somedays I'm more OK with that than other days. As for the Happy Wanderer song, I thought I was the only person left in the world still singing it.
